I really liked the location and the free parking. I also enjoyed the club lounge — it was a perfect place to relax, work, and have a cup of coffee. Special thanks to Alisher at the reception for his professionalism. He welcomed me with a smile and kindly helped me with planning my next trip, pointing me in the right direction for assistance. Overall, my stay was excellent.

When arrived at airport I contacted the hotel to inquire about a shuttle bus, lady at reception advised no bus and gave me the cost of a taxi. When I arranged taxi at airport they were trying to charge 10000T which is 5-6 times the right price, called hotel again and lady arranged taxi from hotel to collect me. Cannot thank her enough, went above and beyond her duty to assist me, very much appreciated!

The location of the Hotel is in the center of the city. Shopping malls, Bars and Restaurants are in walking distance. The room and bathroom was very clean and the Air condition / Temperature control was working well! Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful!
